Order Options

Place your order ASAP for the March and April calves as returning customers are filling up spaces. If you order 1/2, $5.25, whole, $5.00 per pound. With 1/2 or whole orders, you can have it cut and packaged your way. I cut in a uniform manner to fill 1/4 orders for $6.00 per pound (hanging weight, not per packaged lb).   • ​1/4ths & 1/8ths generally on hand
  • The meat is aged, (14-17 days), vacuum-packed and frozen
  • Delivery: $25-$50
  • Sample of contents in 1/4 on following page
  • $5.00 lb hanging carcass weight (avg 450 lb)
  • Average cost of a whole calf: $2,000
  • Average actual pounds: 65% of hanging weight
  • You select every cut on 1/2 or whole orders
