You can get stew, hamburger, sirloin, T-bone, rib eye, cutlets, flank/skirt steak, ribs, brisket and roasts priced as you might find in a larger grocer.  Want value?  I keep an 1/8th onhand for $150 to $175 (depending on size of calf).  Due to popular demand, we are also offering smaller variety packs around $65.  Remember, the value comes in bulk!  Our farm-fresh eggs can also be found there when the chickens are laying regularly!  Call in advance for availability.
